Rental apartments

Fill out the electronic housing inquiry form. The municipality will contact you and inform you about available housing options. The municipality will submit the housing application separately.

The housing inquiry is valid for 6 months.

A written rental agreement is signed with the tenant before handing over the keys to the apartment and moving in.

The municipality collects a two (2) month rental deposit for each apartment it rents. The keys to the apartment will only be handed over once the rental deposit has been paid.

If the tenant has taken care of the condition of the apartment and paid the rent, the rental deposit will be returned to the tenant within 1 month after the end of the rental agreement.

The rental agreement for the apartment must be terminated in writing using an electronic notification form. The notice period is one (1) month according to the rental agreement. The notice period for the landlord is at least three (3) months.

The tenant must notify property management of any damage or defects immediately upon discovery.
