In the municipality of Jämijärvi, the planning preparation period is managed by: municipal government. Planning work consists of, among other things, preliminary planning, preparation of various reports, planning, administrative preparation and contact with various authorities. The implementation stages of the planning process are defined in the Construction Act and the Land Use Act. At the final stage of the planning process, the municipal government presents the plan municipal council for approval.
Zoning review
The zoning review is an annual document prepared in accordance with the Land Use and Building Act, which presents significant current land use plans.
