In addition to the open, women's, veterans and youth competition series, the competition also has two excursion series, from Thursday to Saturday and a shorter one from Saturday to Sunday. In the competition, you hike from checkpoint to checkpoint and complete tasks related to wilderness knowledge and skills, natural knowledge and rescue services. Participation in the competition series is in two-person patrols, in the excursion series a patrol can consist of 2–5 people.
